Halifax Christian School is a Christ-centered, life and college preparatory school.
From the vision of Pastor Bill Leonard in 1997 to today, not without trials and tribulations along the way, Halifax Christian School (HCS) has remained committed to God’s truth and academic excellence. HCS is here as a mission of the Church of God to provide an affordable, quality Christian education to anyone who so desires. Our students are from all over the Southside region, attend different churches, and have
different backgrounds, but all seek an education led by Christ.
Our Mission
The mission of Halifax Christian School is to equip our students for a lifetime of learning, leadership, service, and worship by providing a loving, safe, nurturing environment driven by the light of God.
Our Future
We have made it our responsibility to provide an excellent Christian education for the students of HCS. As we influence the next generation, we encourage young people to have an impact on their community, region, country, and beyond through acts of service, prayer and mission work.
